Service rates are charged by the hour and determined by session length and the type of service provided.

Sessions are held within the client’s home or in the community. The session fee includes the provider’s travel time and related travel expenses to locations within the service area.

When applicable, there may be an additional travel charge for services provided outside our service area. Information regarding any additional charges related to travel will be communicated before the visit.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected cost for medical services, including applied behavior analysis (ABA) services.

You can ask for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule services through Intentional Lives Therapy, LLC.

Payment is accepted via cash, check, debit or credit card. Payment is expected at the time of the visit.
